Community Referral Programme
Sometimes the best recommendation comes from someone who cares.
If you know a friend, relative, neighbour or member of your community who may benefit from professional care at home, you can introduce them to House of Care.
Eligible referral reward: £100–£400
Rewards depend on the care package arranged and are subject to programme eligibility and terms and conditions.
💗 A thank-you for your referral
Eligible successful referrals may receive a reward of between £100 and £400, depending on the care package arranged.
🏡 Extra support for the person you refer
The client you refer will receive 3 to 5 days of free care as a thank-you gift, subject to the programme terms and eligibility criteria.
🌿 Supporting the wider community
House of Care will match the referral fee by up to 25%, contributing to a fund dedicated to supporting people who cannot afford the care they need and cannot access full funding.
Referral rewards range from £100 to £400. Referred clients may receive 3 to 5 days of free care, and House of Care contributes up to 25% of the referral fee to its community support fund. T&Cs apply.

Our care team speaks with them or their family, answers questions and discusses the most appropriate support options.

If they choose House of Care and the referral meets the programme criteria, the relevant referral benefits are applied.
